Cancellation policy:
1. Penalty of 100% of the payment made for the reservation: If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours prior to the completion of the service. Counting these 48 hours, like the previous ones at the time of collection specified with the User.
2. Penalty of 50% of the payment made for the reservation plus bank refund costs: if the cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled collection time for the User.
3. In the case of failure to submit at the point and time specified by the User for the performance of the service, he will not be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid for the purpose previously for the service contracted.
4. Excursion to Fuerteventura is essential to carry ID or passport in force, otherwise the excursion will not be possible.

Car rental in Lanzarote:
Reservation confirmations are immediate. In case of not having the selected model, they will give you a similar or superior model.
Reservations include the following features:
Unlimited mileage
Local fees
Civil liability insurance for unlimited amounts, bail and legal defense in Spain, as well as damages to third parties, coverage for damages to the vehicle and occupants (contracted with the Mapfre company)
Full insurance only for damage to the vehicle (without excess)
Free additional driver
Free baby seats, lifts and roof rack
No money is withheld from your card
It is not necessary to present any card you can pay in cash.
Fuel Policy: No amount of money is retained per fuel. The fuel tank must leave it as it is delivered at the time of rental.
Payment methods: Payment upon collection of the vehicle in Lanzarote at the selected CICAR office: Cash, credit or debit card.
Cancellations: No penalty for cancellation.

Boat trips:
All boat trips depend on weather conditions.
In case you have to cancel an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, you can choose to change your excursion for another day that will have places available or request a refund of 100% of what was previously paid.
Whale watch: Conditional on a minimum of 4 people for the excursion, in the case of not being able to succeed due to lack of participants, 100% of the payment made will be refunded.
Excursions to Fuerteventura or from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote:
It is essential to carry a valid ID or passport, in case of not carrying it out at the time of boarding the Ferry it will not be possible to continue the excursion and you will have to pay for the excursion.
Fuerteventura Ferry transfer only free when booking ferry ticket.

Tours:
The option of riding a camel mentioned in all the excursions that visit the south of the island as an extra 6€ is conditional on the camel caravan being at the camel shed.
If such caravan has to leave the camel shed due to adverse weather conditions, pests or any other reason, the option of the tour will not be available and no refund will be made in the amount of the excursion.

Ticket Packs:
It is essential to PRINT and show the PRINTED TICKET at the box office of the first tourist center in Lanzarote that you visit (the voucher sent by email after making the purchase). Admission to the centers will not be possible if you do not have the PRINTED ticket. The company will not be responsible for any damage caused by not following these two clear instructions.
Once our voucher has been delivered to the first box office, they will give you a final ticket that will be sealed at each center. If you lose that ticket, you will have no way of recovering it and you will lose the money for tickets that you had not yet used.
Any claim or refund once our voucher has been delivered to the first box office of any of the centers will have to be approved by the Lanzarote Tourist Centers, with these centers becoming the ultimate responsible for all claims.

Lost and found policy:
Lanzaroteguides S.L is not responsible for any object lost in the course of the tour.
However, as an act of good faith, once the tour is over, the tourist guide will check with the bus driver to see if there are any lost objects.
In case of finding a lost object, guides will be deposited that same day at the Lanzarote office for subsequent collection by the owner at various facilities.
